●Describe of the membrane
MOTIAN Petro-sep used thermal induced phase separation method to produce microfiltration membrane, the membrane own follow merit:
1. high strength, all kinds of PP membrane have high strength, the rupture strength can reach 10N;
2. narrow pore size distribution, it have obvious effection for especial particle.
3. high porosity, all kinds of membrane porosity over 50%, the biggest can reach 70%, this porosity provide more channel for liquid, assurance the high flux of the fluid.
4. high chemical resistance, the PP membrane have broad acid and alkali range, it can keep the fine character after long usage in the 10% acid or 10%alkali, while the PVDF can long term used in the high concentration NaCLO solution.
5. we can provide many kinds of membrane, the material can be hydrophilic PP, hydrophobic PP, PVDF, the pore size from 0.1 to 0.4 micron, the hollow fiber’s outer dimension can be change as your demand.
6. the hydrophilic membrane can be storage at dry state, and it can be directly used but no need to hydrophilic process.
