The tube melt-spray PP fiber cartridge is a new filter instead of the old cartridge. The varies types filters are made by PP slices spraying, drawing and receiving.
It can be widely used in pretreatment of pure water, backwater cooling, drinking water, laboratory water, boiler water, pouring water in oil field and chemical, medicine, electroplating, printing, beer, drinking, etc. | |
| 【CHARACTERISTICS】 |
1. High filter precision and high efficiency, the cartridge hole diameter is compact and well-distributed, granule can occur bridging phenomenon in cartridge hole pate to stop the granule whose diameter is smaller than cartridge hole’s, filter efficiency is higher than 99%, while the honey-comb filter’s is only 85%.
2.High flow rate, low pressure drop, high impurity elimination rate, long service life. The product has characteristic of “gradually tight with gradually variable diameter”, the inner hole diameter is small, while the outer is large, thus increase the flow and taking dirt capacity, filter cartridge is not easy to be blocked, prolong the service life.
3.Very clean and tidy, according with FDA standard, no water pollution.
4.Resistant acid and alkali, stable chemical performance.
5.High mechanical strength, well impact and pressure resistance. (The filter cartridge isn’t out of shape when the water pressure drop between outlet and inlet of the filter is 0.4Mpa.)
6.High working temperature is 80℃.
7.Common PP fiber has hydrophobicity characteristic, it also has higher hydrophilicity after being modified, can absorb ten times water, so it can be used in separating oil and water.

| 【NOTES】 |
1.Adopt cartridge filter according to the viscosity and impurity of liquid.
2.Fixing cartridge quantity according to the liquid flow, the practical quantity would better be 1.5-2 times the value, it can prolong 3-4 times of service life.
3.When fixing cartridge, must notice the concentricity and compression degrees of the two ends to prevent leaking and affect filter precision. If the filtrated outer water is different, you should check up on the fixed filter correct or not.
4.The filter precision and pressure will increase along with the time going on, you should clean or change the cartridge when the pressure is over 0.2MPa. | |
| 【CLEANING METHODS】 |
Method 1：Water back wash
Method 2：Soaked in strong chlorhydric acid solution 8 hours, then soaked in water, back washing, until chlorhydric acid is removed completely.
Note：The cleaning water must be filtrated by the same degree filter cartridge. | |
