ION EXCHANGE FACILITY

This facility is mainly used in salt-removing of water. It uses selectivity and balance react principle between resin and ion. Through metathesis react principle between H+, OH- absorbing on the surface of resin and ion in water, anion to remove resolvable ion of water. When the resin capacity in ion reactor is saturated, it is necessary to recycle due to situations. It can be divided into many type in term of regeneration: down current, adverse current (with pressure air and without pressured air); in term of operation: fixed bed (model S: quartz sand pad; model M: muti-hole plate) and floating bed; in term of stuffing resin: single-deck bed, double-deck bed. According to the requirement of water-disposing, it can be stuffed with positive (negative) ion exchange resin to compose different salt-removing system by selecting suitable bed model, operation and reproduction.
